1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing locavera.bond or booking any studio operated by LocaVera Studio (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services.

2. Bookings and payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon written agreement and receipt of payment or deposit.
• Quoted rates generally exclude taxes and third‑party rentals unless specified.
• Overtime is billed in 30‑minute increments at the posted overtime rate.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on timing relative to the booking date. Certain fees (e.g., cleaning, third‑party rentals) may be non‑refundable after use or dispatch.

4. Use of premises

• Follow posted safety guidelines and adhere to capacity limits.
• No hazardous materials, pyrotechnics, or open flames without prior written approval.
• Rigging must be performed by qualified personnel. Protect floors and walls from damage.

5. Insurance and liability

Commercial productions may be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming LocaVera Studio as additionally insured. You are responsible for your crew, vendors, and guests. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

6. Condition and return

Studios must be returned in substantially the same condition. A standard cleaning fee covers normal reset; excessive mess may incur additional charges.

7. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any party engaging in unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behavior.

8. Intellectual property

All Site content, including text, layout, and brand elements of LocaVera Studio, is protected and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes lies in New York County, NY.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
